1. Sales & Business Development Executive

Location: Flexible / Work-from-anywhere
Role: Build connections with eco-resorts, boutique hotels, and hospitality groups. Generate leads, pitch products, and close deals.
You should have:

• Good communication & presentation skills

• Passion for sustainability and design

• Ability to meet monthly targets

2. Product Curation & Sourcing Coordinator

Role: Identify, source, and coordinate with local artisans, eco brands, and sustainable manufacturers.
You should have:

• Eye for design and authenticity

• Willingness to travel and explore craft clusters

• Basic Excel/Google Sheets skills for vendor records

3. Visual & Product Designer

Role: Create catalog visuals, packaging concepts, and digital content for social media and marketing.
You should have:

• Strong aesthetic sense and design skills (Canva / Adobe)

• Understanding of eco materials and minimal branding

• Ability to convert ideas into elegant visuals

4. Operations & Logistics Assistant

Role: Coordinate order processing, packaging, and dispatch of eco-products to clients.
You should have:

• Strong organization and multitasking ability

• Basic understanding of inventory and courier systems

• Hands-on approach to getting things done

5. Digital Marketing & Content Creator

Role: Manage social media, website updates, email campaigns, and storytelling around eco-living.
You should have:

• Good writing & creative content skills

• Knowledge of Instagram Reels, Meta Ads, and SEO basics

• Interest in eco lifestyle & travel

6. Partnership & Collaboration Manager

Role: Build long-term collaborations with eco-resorts, hotel chains, and sustainability partners.
You should have:

• Relationship-building skills

• Strategic thinking & proposal writing ability

• Experience in B2B partnerships preferred

7. Interns / Volunteers (Art, Design, Marketing, Sustainability)

Role: Support live eco-projects, research, and product shoots. Great opportunity for students or freshers to learn and grow with purpose.

• Flexible availability (remote or onsite)
